Richard K. Howe
President and Chief Executive Officer
Rich previously served as Chief Marketing/Business Strategy and M &A Officer at the Acxiom Corporation (NASDAQ: ACXM), a $1.4 billion annual revenue global interactive marketing services company. While at Acxiom, he had been responsible for building the company's Asia Pacific business, consulting business, targeted display advertising business and for managing the information products and analytics business. Previously, he served as general manager of the $110 million Global Marketing Services unit of Fair Isaac & Company. He was also instrumental in Fair Isaac's purchase of HNC, a software company at which he worked from 1997 to 1999. Before joining Fair Isaac, he founded and was chairman and CEO of ieWild Inc., a marketing applications "software as a service" company whose clients included leading financial services institutions. He earned a bachelor's degree with distinction in structural engineering from Concordia University, Canada, and he earned his master's degree in engineering from McGill University, Canada. Any free time Rich has is spent with his family traveling, skiing, golfing, dirt biking and watching movies. Rich is also a board member of the non-profit organization Business for Diplomatic Action.
Wally Ruiz
Chief Financial Officer
Wally serves as Inuvo's Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the company's financial functions, budgeting, human resources, legal affairs and investor relations. Wally has been the chief financial officer of both public and privately-owned companies in several industries. Prior to joining Inuvo in June 2010, he was the CFO of SRI Surgical Express, a nationwide provider of healthcare services where he was a key member of the team driving its turnaround. Wally started his career in the New York offices of Ernst & Young and has led the finance function of companies in the consumer products, oil and gas, retail, fashion and high tech industries. Wally has helped start ups through successful IPOs and growing enterprises with bank and private placement financings. Outside the office, Wally has been an adjunct professor of International Finance at the University of Miami and a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. He currently serves as a director on the board of the Florida Institute of CFOs. Wally earned his MBA degree in Accounting and Finance from Columbia University and a BS degree in Computer Science from St. John's University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Information Technology Professional.
Rick Anderson
Chief Technology Officer
Rick has been working with computers, networks and software development for over 30 years. As co owner of AIS, he was instrumental in development of hi-speed hi-volume computers and software systems for industrial automation used to manufacture products like Advil® Liqui-Gels® and RP Scherer MARBALLIZER® Paint Balls. Rick was involved in all aspects of systems integration encompassing batch process, inventory, and accounting control methodologies. After successfully selling AIS to MSC Industrial Supply (MSM) in Jan 1997, he started Ozona Online Network, an ISP/ASP. Bringing with him years of experience in streamlining processes, Rick developed internet-based software for the promotional products distribution industry as well as Software As a Service (SAS) platforms for the real estate market. Since joining the company as part of an acquisition, Rick has been working to consolidate and streamline network and datacenter operations, revamp existing software products and collaboratively design and direct the development of the new Inuvo Platform.
Jeremy Chrysler
SVP Exchange Segment
Jeremy has excelled in several leadership positions with the company over the last three years, serving first as a founding employee at Litmus Media in April of 2005 and most recently as Vice President of Business Development. During his time with us Jeremy has been responsible for originating and managing many of our most profitable partnerships and has been instrumental both in driving 100% year over year network revenue growth and helping lead the Exchange Division's go-forward platform strategy. Before joining Litmus, Jeremy co-founded The Difference Engine, an interactive agency focused on multi-media performance marketing campaigns and has been involved in several other startups since 1999, including Virtumundo, 1800Inkjets and 123Inkjets, which was later purchased by ValueClick. Jeremy earned degrees in Chemistry and English Literature from the University of Kansas. When Jeremy is not at Inuvo, you will normally find him on a bicycle or spending time with his wife Emily and daughter Caroline.
Trey Barrett
SVP Corporate Strategy and Business Development
Trey joined Inuvo in February 2010 and serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development, where he is responsible for the development and management of strategic partnerships, as well as the development of integrated solutions across all of Inuvo's various businesses. Prior to joining Inuvo, Trey served as Acxiom Corporations Director of Interactive Media Products overseeing the innovation and development of the Relevance-X product line. With over 25 years of data-driven direct marketing experience, he has been involved in several successful business start-ups in the direct and interactive marketing industries. Trey earned a bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Economics from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. When not working on corporate strategy, Trey enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife, Shana, and two children, Olivia and Will.

Mitch Tuchman
Chairman
Mr. Tuchman is the CEO of MarketRiders, Inc. a Registered Investment Adviser, and brings more than 25 years experience in venture capital, public finance and technology. Previously, Mr. Tuchman was a sub-advisor to Apex Capital, LLC, on its technology micro-cap portfolio. From 1998 - 2001, Mr. Tuchman invested in and advised venture funds and was instrumental in facilitating several key transactions including C2B Technologies' sale to Inktomi, Net Market Makers sale to Jupiter Communications, and Chrome Data Systems sale to DealerTrack. A Silicon Valley veteran, Mr. Tuchman began his career at Atari, Inc. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Workstream Inc. (Nasdaq:WSTM) and Phoenix Technologies (Nasdaq: PTEC) and as a director of Kintera, Inc. (Nasdaq:KNTA) was instrumental in its sale to Blackbaud, Inc. Mr. Tuchman received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BA from Boston University.
Charles Morgan
Director
Mr. Morgan is an investor in Bridgehampton Arbitrage LLC and an equity owner of Bridgehampton Capital Management LLC. Currently, he is Chairman of the Advisory Board of Bridgehampton Capital Management LLC and co-manager of investments. Mr. Morgan has extensive experience managing and investing in both private and public companies including Acxiom Corporation (NasdaqGS: ACXM), an interactive marketing services company he helped grow from an early stage company to over $1.4 billion in revenues during his tenure as Chairman / CEO from 1975 to 2008. Mr. Morgan was employed by IBM as a systems engineer for six years prior to joining Acxiom, and he holds a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Arkansas. In addition, Mr. Morgan has served on the board and in various leadership roles with the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) throughout his career, including serving as chairman of the DMA in 2001. Mr. Morgan also serves as a member and is the past chairman of the board of trustees of Hendrix College.
Jack Balousek
Compensation Committee Chair
Mr. Balousek brings more than 20 years experience in executive management to Inuvo. Previously, Mr. Balousek served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Foote, Cone & Belding Communications, one of the largest global advertising and communications networks. He has served as Chairman and CEO of True North Technologies, a digital and interactive services firm and as a Director at FCB Communications and True North Communications. Mr. Balousek co-founded and served as executive vice president of PhotoAlley.com, a San Francisco-based marketing photographic equipment, supplies and online services company. Mr. Balousek held various senior executive management positions with FCB and brand management positions with Procter & Gamble Co. Mr. Balousek has served as a director at a number of publicly held companies, and currently serves on the Board of publicly held Central Garden & Pet Co. He received his undergraduate degree from Creighton University and his graduate degree from Northwestern University.
Charlie Pope

Mr. Pope, brings more than 30 years of experience in executive management, finance and accounting to his director position. Mr. Pope was the Chief Financial Officer of Aerosonic Corpora tion (AMEX:AIM), a worldwide manufacturer of aircraft instruments. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer for both Reptron Manufacturing, a manufacturer of electronic and engineering services and SRI/Surgical (NasdaqGM: STRC), which provides central processing and supply chain management services to hospitals and surgery centers across the United States. Mr. Pope served as Chief Financial Officer for UTEK Corporation (AMEX: UTK), a business development company that acquires and funds the development of new university technologies. Previously, Mr. Pope was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP during his 20 years with the firm. He holds a B.S. in economics and accounting from Auburn University, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida.
